Located at Cinnabar, Queensland, Merrindale Gelbvieh is a family-operated cattle stud owned by Brian and Jasmin Kaddatz. Our family has been involved with Gelbvieh cattle since 1989, helping introduce the breed to tropical Australia and pioneering the first Australian crosses between Gelbvieh and Bos Indicus cattle.

Today, we continue to breed quality Gelbvieh and Gelbvieh-influenced cattle selected for adaptability, quiet temperament, maternal ability, strong growth and carcase performance. With decades of experience and a genuine commitment to the Australian beef industry, we produce practical cattle designed to perform.
